Maintenance
Care and storage
Clean the mower after each use with a hand brush and store in a
dry location. The ball bearing, roller axle and the cutting edges of
the blades should be treated with environmentally safe, biode-
gradable spray oil once a year.
Adjusting the lower blade
z You must readjust the blade if the mower no longer cuts the
lawn uniformly and cleanly.
1 Caution:
Wear protective gloves.
z Turn over the mower as illustrated. Adjust by loosening or
tightening the two lock nuts (3) on the bottom blade (4).
3 Notes:
z Required tools: Spanner (wrench) 10 mm AF.
z Turn the lock nut (3) to the left: The clearance to the bla-
de cylinder (5) increases.
z Turn the lock nut (3) to the right: The clearance to the
blade cylinder (5) decreases.
Contactless setting (TT 380 DL)
z Push a paper strip (80g) between the lower blade and the bla-
de spindle (6). Turn the stop nuts (3) as far to the left or right
until the paper strip can be withdrawn by "suction". The paper
strip must not jam or tear when being withdrawn.
3 Note:
If problem-free cutting results are not obtained, in spite of
adjustment as prescribed, then the blade spindle, and/or the
bottom blade must be checked (see maintenance).
Contact setting (TT 300 S/ TT 350 S)
1 Caution:
Wear protective gloves.
z The adjustment is correct if a piece of paper between the bla-
de spindle and the lower blade is cut cleanly. To do this turn
the blade cylinder by hand.
3 Note:
If problem-free cutting results are not obtained, in spite of
adjustment as prescribed, then the blade spindle, and/or the
bottom blade must be checked (see maintenance).
Repairs
z All other repairs must be performed by a WOLF service center
z We recommend: Have your mower thoroughly checked once
a year by approved Service Agent.
